    Make sure you pop off his tires so you don’t accidentally glue them [where they’re] stuck.

    Glue four (4) penny slug/weights, [placing] one in each side for a total of eight (8) pennies in each of his legs. I used sixteen (16) pennies total. I may have made him a little too heavy, [so you may want to] go with 4-6 in each leg.
