Hmmm...I had voted no but now that people are throwing Broadside out there I'll have to add my voice to the choir. Broadside is probably my favorite TR toy so far so I'd love to get an even bigger one with improvements.

If these guys can give their Headmasters better articulation, I'll pick the original Headmasters up for sure.

 

Screw broadside, I'd pick up a titan tidalwave  

 

Tidal Wave would be tempting, although I do feel like Tidal Wave deserves more justice than just being a re-re-paint. Still, I don't know if I could resist a nice big WJ Tidal Wave...

 

give them ankle pivot and wrist articulation, otherwise it's kinda sad just a straigh upscaled

 

I hope they add little touches to the figures, like they have with their not-evasion mode Optimus. Being able to tuck the gator-legs inside the back of Skull's robot mode legs, for example.

Also hoping they make a larger, leader-class Galvatron figure with a shade of purple somewhere between TR and Legends.

 

Just confirm that this is happening and I'll sell all my Titan Returns deluxes today for cheap!!

Yes, i'd expect a leader Broadside and Tidalwave would be quite popular.

 

Well, with a Broadside/Tidalwave that big, the Titanmaster should have more articulation. That would be great!

 

I've been thinking they probably can (and hopefully will) not OS the titanmasters. The titanmaster for voyager Megatron is the same size and doesn't need a helmet.
I actually think the OG Headmasters will look better as voyagers with the Titanmasters retaining their size, i always found especially TR Weirdwolf in botmode to have a kind of superdeformed quality about him.

IF they got rid of the hollowness, made improvements, made them around large Voyagers, then I'd probably buy the figures that were originally Headmasters for cheap.
Otherwise? Pass!!

 

Still waiting for the other two they showed tests of back in December at a Chinese toy show, I would not call that "complete".
Sirtoys has them, but are they anywhere else yet? I'll be buying them through Ali Express, as my fav sellers there wrap stuff really good so it doesnt break etc during shipping.


some of there recent cheaper WJ KO's have also not been that great, the details are not as nice as some of their past stuff, and I would not be surprised if they made just a small handful of popular characters again in these TR ones, like they did with RID - that was a really small amount of characters they did there.
Still good overall, just not as good as some of their previous stuff, I mean look at the head on first aid for example - ugh!
