Recenlty my Skids' right clear peg broke, so I went to get another one naturally. However, only after having it for less than an hour, I already noticed stress marks and returned it. I am currenlty on my 3rd one & I'm starting to notice Stress makrs on this one. Keep in mind that I am not trying to force the pegs in any way. Is it just my bad luck or is anyone else having similar problems?

Not yet, but as fun as the mold is, it's pretty flimsy. I've been transforming it slowly and gingerly... but often as it's a fun transformation.

The peg holes on Mudflap are a little too small for the pegs. Really, the pegs are only needed to help align the figures, as the tabs do most of the holding.

Easy solution? Take a razor blade and stick the tip in the hole, spin it around a couple times to shave some of the inside of the hole (making it bigger), then repeat for the other one. Again, the pegs don't have to fit tightly in the holes, but mainly use them for alignment.

After that, they go together and come apart very easily without losing the integrity of the alt mode.

I have something white on mine. Not sure if it's the light, paint of a stress mark.
Well, If mine breaks, I'm covered :D  ^^^^ I'll need to try that ^^^^^

Mine has one stressmark. I noticed it's best to NOT wiggle them apart ; just a straight pull apart.

I'm a very visual person, so pics of said problem and solution would do wonders.

Yeah I figured those would get weak after a lot of combos, I've been afraid of snapping the things on my original and replacement ICT's (first had a headless Mudflap)

Sorry yours broke, mate, I'll be a lot more careful with mine from now on.

Mine are snug but have no stress marks and I have transformed them about 10 or so times now. I can see though how they can be a problem on some figures. I am more worried about the pink tabs at the bottom though.

I broke one of my clear pegs too. I managed to keep ahold of it and super-glue it back on, but suspected it would snap off again when separating the front of the truck from the back.

Another suggestion would be to sand down the edges of both pegs with a file so they're a little thinner. They don't need to fit as tightly as Hasbro thinks they should. The tabs do most of the work of holding the truck together.
