Wasn't issue #65 supposed to have come out last week? Where the hell is it? The bitchy lady at my comic shop wouldn't tell me when it was supposed to come out.

    I picked it up yeasterday.
Though I can't really follow it fully since I usually just get the TPB's and I was only getting it for the back-up strip of Ultimate Vision.

The annoying this is that I had to pick up Ultimate Spiderman as well, and whats worse is that it all started cause I was picking up Ultimate FF #25 with the bonus strip.

Coincidently I missed #24 of Ult FF last month.
I wondered why it was taking ages for this to come out

When Millar took over the storyline really improved. I am enjoying this book quite a bit, and Greg Land's amazing art certainly dont hurt.

BTW, still waiting to see if and how Apocalypse gets ultimatized.

You might want to check out "The Tempest" story arc then. Ultimate X-Men issues #46-49.

Apocalypse was ultimatized, though briefly in the arc that introduced us to Ultimate Mr Sinister, #46-49

Though at present it's unknown if Apocalypse is just a figment of Sinister imagination or something more.

I think it'll be further explained. Sinister makes a cameo in the latest issue and mentions Apocalypse.

Does Ultimate Sinister actually have a defined set of powers and objectives, or can he ambigously do anything the plot requires like the regular one?

    Here be spoilers:

Ult Sinister is apparently a human bio-engineer, that was working for a subsidiary of Oscorp.
His field was 'urban stealth' and hypnotic persuasion and when he couldn't get permission to test it out on other humans he tried it out on himself.
He ended up insane due to it, and started interacting with the voices in his head, specifically Apocalypse who commanded him to bring him 10 mutant souls.
Also of note Sinister doesn't have his trademark silver skin.
He looks like a normal human, but with tattoos on both arms, and still has the centre red eye thing that seems to be the source of his hypnotic suggestions.
    He also has a stutter.

    Spoilers end.

Yeah I read it, wasnt impressed at all. Sinister really seemed like a sad mockery of his 616 character, and apocalypse looked like dumbed down with the silly red coloring scheme. I would prefer they play up the ancient egypt aspect of him moreso than the technological strongman.

I didn't get to read the sinster/apocalyspe issues but I heard it was quite disappointing consider their 616 counterparts.

Yeah he was, except the last scene with Sinister in his cell.
Though it isn't known if Apocalypse was just a figment of Sinisters imagination or something else.
