Was Movie Optimus the first?

    I always being wondering after watching the 2 movies. Is this incarnation of Prime the first to kill a decepticon? Because apparently it caused a lot of people to complain =P. I also find it hard to believe that in 25 years of history no Optimus has ever killed a decepticon. So was he the first?

    Short answer, no he wasn't the first. Long answer, go research some of the many many threads discussing the issue.
