I think it was said that person who "found" it, that actually his GF ordered it online. I think that is what was said, as far as the NY sighting goes, it was bought just over the border where these figures(as well as Legends and Windcharger)are abundant.

TFs(unsure about other toys) for some reason do show up that way on Target receipts. If anyone can make out the DPCI on the other hand, it should be 087-06-1890(Generations)

I bought my G2 optimus prime loose on ebay for like 12 dlvd, since I'm not sure my stores around here will even get him. Hasbro why did you have to do this? Stores will pick the movie line over RTS.

 

all generations deluxe figures should have the same dcpi number as well as all rts deluxe figures at targets. they never show the actual name of the transformer figure on the receipt. that's why this guy, if it's a fake, could have just bought another generations figure and put the receipt next to warpath in the picture. toys r us receipts are more specific to the bar code number on the packaging.

 

True. But I think by the end of the night we will know for a fact. It was reported in the Iowa thread that TC and WJ were present as well. Other members near that store are probably there as we speak and will clear this up rather quickly I'd imagine.

 

I'm not saying which Generations figure I found, as he'll be revealed in my comic, but a friend of mine just got a Kup ('cause I told him about it) at our Walmart just a few days ago, where Darkmount had been the last wave I was aware had released here in a while.

So, since Kup's wave is finally in the St. Louis area, it isn't hard to believe Warpath is finally releasing elsewhere. Our area is a crapshoot when it comes to TF releases: sometimes we're first, sometimes last, & occasionally skipped all together.

We still haven't seen Tracks here!

I still haven't seen Kup or Scourge at retail. Wheeljack, Thundercracker, and Warpath are even a retail dream at this point.

 

I suppose it's not entirely impossible that someone bought one online, then ditched it at Target for a bit of mischief.
