Niiiiice! Great idea for sure, although, I don't know if I would've called him Warpath... Since he's a chainsaw, Riproar or Clearcut or something like that, and make him a real psycho badass!!

Yeah. The only way that little guy would be better is if he plugged into Cyclonus' arm socket. ARMADA OF DARKNESS.

I like it, but I cant help but think the only appropriate name for this one is Bruce Campbell. Can we give his name an Autobot twist?

I was looking at these my self and wanted to know how well the build quality was on them. So over all how would you grade these little guys. I want to get them for some of my double target masters for my classics shelf.

I got the plain white version, I find the plastic is kin of gritty, and so the ball joints get loose easily, it wouldn't be a waste to get a higher quality plastic. But im happy with the one I got, the 5mm peg is just a little to big but if u rub it with a scotch guard it willfit np

edit: for the price it doesn't compare to Sidearm (about $10), but i love the fact that its an effing chainsaw!

Thanks for the clarification, by the pictures they do look kind of gritty and to bad about hte bal joints, but that can be fixed quite easily. Im glad to hear that the 5mm peg is a bit big, bigger is better cus you can always take away, but not put back.

I just ordered a set but I'm gonna do something about how porous they look. They look terrible without proper filling/sanding

The grain isn't as severe as some people and photos make it out to be, and the porosity actually works in its favour when it comes to painting it. You should find that once you've given it a couple of coats of paint, and a couple of coats of varnish, there's not that much texture left at all. I'd hesitate to sand it too much, as you could stand to risk losing some of the detail.

i've slowly been painting my figs from Ramrider. I've been brushing on Testors model paints, and with each (two so far) coat the texture mellows out quite a bit. Gives it a cast iron kind of look. Might try a primer/sealer first on the next one to see what that does to the texture. Will be posting pics as I finish each.
