Warning for enamel users

    NEVER gloss coat enamel silver metallic with Krylon clear coat. It looses it's metallic effect, and ya gotta repaint the shit over.

    I learned the hard way.

    basically turns all that sext shiny metallic silver into a shiney neutral gray. fucking sucks i need to repaint all prime's trim. the rest came out amazing though.

    next time, i know to paint the silver last.

    basically turns all that sext shiny metallic silver into a shiney neutral gray. fucking sucks i need to repaint all prime's trim. the rest came out amazing though.

    next time, i know to paint the silver last.

    and don't put acrylic over enamel either. but I think you guys already knew that...

    well, I just put the 4th coat on. been doing light mists, and the remainder of the body looks fabulous, just gotta hit all the silver now.

    update: well, It's actually not that bad. some of the silver's luster has returned though, not as vibrant as it was originally. as it dries, it's looking better.
