Warm Ups

    What's the best kind of warm up to do every 10 minutes? I use the Yahoo Mail Checker to remind me. So far I've been doing 10 or so sit ups every time. Should I keep doing them or do some other routine?

    Ebay:
    You could do Side Stradle Hops, or "Jumping Jacks" to all you civilians.
    Push ups, Lunges, Flutter Kicks, all get the blood pumping.
