My warbot came in today from bbts. I was pleased that the box has a clear box outside of it. Did yours come with a clear box as well? Almost like a clear slip cover but it has box flaps at both ends.

Yes. Well worth the money. He is very complex. Very fun to transform.

Mine has the clear box - I'm pretty sure it's standard.

Saw Peaugh's review and I was very disappointed.

The design of the figure looks too busy. The head is perfectly awesome, but the rest of the body is too much like a jagged jigsaw and other than the colour scheme, doesn't really say Springer to me.

why not buy another one to keep misb? it would be great to keep one set unopened and never to be transform. just for display in the collection.

Has anyone bought 1 and gotten it yet. I really am going to wait till he is released and hoping that I can get my hands on 1 after he is released.

    HELL YES!!!!

Complicated but fun. lol, maybe it was my dog barking but it took forever

You need to pick it up now before the scalpers do and it turns into a 200 dollar toy.

Thanks my friend for posting pics but I don't get paid till April 2nd so I can't pick it up TILL then but I just have to hope and pray it does not get sold out by then. I seen another place has it for 78 but I wonder if TFsource is cheaper though on this figure. If it is, then I will be buying from TFsource. Man I really want my money know, since I've seen those pics of the Warbot. That just makes me drewl ALL over my keyboard about it. But I STILL DON'T HAVE A ARCEE cause a friend of mine has looked ALL over the place for her and nothing. I don't have a TRU near me anymore cause of the economy dropped our store out of business. So a friend is trying to look at the TRU 1hr away but wow warbot goes really good with animated Arcee.

I can check TRU for you and i'll charge price plus shipping only. However, you should put up a want ad in the Junkion forums and someone will hook you up. TFW does have scalpers but thankfully, we have some nice people as well. Don't fall for those people asking 30+ bucks for Arcee!!! If all else fails, just preorder the Takara version.

Also, at tfsource, my springer cost 88.67 shipped to texas. Hope that helps. Honestly, you might want to go with BBTS because of the Pile of Loot feature. Buy Springer and preorder arcee but have them ship after she is released. that way you can save on shipping!

Well, to be fair you can't say "He is deluxe size!! why is he X amount? Should be 10".

This figure is very complex, diecast, and doesn't feel like anything Hasbro has put out. Its hard to describe but it does feel like a 70+ Dollar toy. Its not like some of the Botcon, SDCC Transformers that just have a new paint job because at the core, they are designed 10/20 dollar figures made for children.

You can pass on it, but every review out there just raves about how great it is. No manufacturing problems and its probably growing in popularity now. FP has earned my respect with City Commander and this toy just raises the bar. I can't wait for the Bruticus update!

Meh. My TFSource pre-order is still waiting for Dark Skyfire (I've pre-ordered Warbot and Dark Skyfire together). Can't wait to slap a big fat Autobot insignia on his chest.

BTW, Hasbro and Tomy should definitely make FP their official 3rd party company for toys instead of giving licenses to shampoos and stupid costumes.

Defender reminds me of an Alternity that doesn't have to be a car.
