Ya.... I guess..... =\ Forget it... X_X I just thought since it never been released, we all should have a chance at getting it but ok... I will keep it to my self...
Problem is its still music that was done for a product someone owns the rights to, and thus it's verboten to spread around here. Sad, but a necessary limitation and at least the music is out there somewhere.
True, though if you're using it in something you're going to post publically, you may want to read up on fair use laws (especially the way soundtracks on videos were getting stripped off youtube at one point), I can't think it will cause you that many issues though.
How I see it, there is a law protecting me from using as long as I don't make profit off of it. Its the same law that I used on youtube to get all my videos up. 1976 Copyright Disclaimer - Copyright Disclaimer Under Section 107 of the Copyright Act 1976, allowance is made for "fair use" for purposes such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research. Fair use is a use permitted by copyright statute that might otherwise be infringing. Non-profit, educational or personal use tips the balance in favor of fair use.
From the way you say it, you're interpreting it wrong. Fair use allows you to use copyrighted material in the contexts you mention if the purpose of your work is commentary of the copyrighted material itself. You can't just use a copyrighted song and use it as background music for a review of a totally unrelated movie.
