Hey all. I've been browsing this site for 3 years, and it just occurred to me yesterday that I wasn't a member, so I went ahead and joined. So to start off, I'd just like to post some pictures of a custom of mine. This all started off with me realizing how much the Cybertron Brakedown mold looked like Bumblebee. Two weeks later, I finished it.

This guy was my first custom. I started out with a base coat of flat black Krylon Fusion. After waiting a week for the paint to cure, I added details with Testors Turning Signal Amber Enamel paint, and dry brushed with aluminum, to make him look like he's been really beat up. Finally, I added those signature lights with Chrysler Engine Red. All in all I think it came out well, although I may have gone a little overboard with the dry brushing   . But anyways, He is Goldbug solely because Bumblebee has already been established in the WFC continuity, and he has no weapon because he serves as a scout. I altered the transformation a bit to give him a more mobile looking vehicle mode, because if you're a scout you certainly won't want to get stuck on a bump in Decepticon territory! Anyways, I have a video review on YouTube right here-

Looks great. My only crit is I think it could use a little blue on the head.

Thanks for all the comments guys! I do agree that he needs some blue on his head, but I just didn't want to give up that light piping, and didn't know how to dye it. In the end, I drybrushed over it to give it the appearance of blending in with the head, but not so much that it covered it up. But seriously thanks for all the welcomes and praise, I really didn't think he was that good!
