Not just Transformers. If they can make a really great Transformers game that sells hard then that means there is hope that other toy lines might be made into fun video games with a related toy line.

An excuse for Hasbro to explore the War for Cybertron look more wouldn't be bad either. A great chance for fans to get more of that pre-Earth look in for characters that normally wouldn't get a pre-Earth mode.

 

I would love to have figures of Decepticon Brawn and other tank like transformers, I love tankformers. Can´t get enough of them.

Maybe the drones from both sides too.

Just watched the trailer, I had previously not cared much about the game, have seen a few early pics but thats it.

I just wish the UK release had some pre-order bonuses - so far Demolisher (why? he's not even G1) and a Starscream legend toy is the best offer going.

I know everyone including me wanted an animated Omega toy, but what if they make this one and a Trypticon, that would be fantastic and the first Trypticon that isn't a repaint in forever.

They could repaint him as crazy big Grimlock or Overkill.

And Omega as a sentinel robot.

 

Truthfully I know nothing about video games because the Wii I have I bought for my kids...which they rarely play when they're over, and I don't play games myself but this one seems interesting. I dunno if I can bring myself to drop the cash on a system JUST for a game, but if I do then the Playstation is sounding better to me, thanks for the input! 

 

Glad the info helped. Until late last year, my PS3 was mainly used for watching movies on Blu-ray/DVD. Late last year changed all that with the inclusion of several interesting games. Gamer or not, I think you'll be pleased with your PS3. I'm living in the States, but I believe Netflix is in league with it, allowing you to download movies to your HDD (legally), saving you trips to the theater/video store--Japan has a similar set up with its largest video store Tsutaya. I don't recall if I said it before, but the PS3 is ready to go the moment you plug the cables in, you don't need to purchase networking service or what have you, but based on the version of the PS3 you purchase, you may need to get an HDMI cable, which I highly recommend for both the PS3/XBOX 360, as everything you see without it will look no better than last gen gaming (videos too)--Sony has a new PS3 bundle with Little Big Planet (a pretty fun game for the family, which comes with an HDMI cable.

If Blu-ray isn't your thing, keep in mind that the XBOX 360 will play DVDs just fine, just not Blu-rays. The PS3 plays everything from CDs to Blu-ray discs, save for the discontinued HD-DVD format.

 

I don't know about the repaint ideas, but i'd love to see Trypticon & Omega in the Supreme Class size.

 

I'm wondering myself if I should buy the X360 or PS3 of the game.

I don't have a xbox live subscription.
So maybe I should buy the PS3 version to be able to try online play without having to subscribe to xbox live ?


What do you guys think ? Or even better : the pc version ?

Go here and read posts 59 and 95--might help. In the end, you should make that call, don't let someone else determine how you spend $300.00. Read up on the systems and way the pros and cons. Whichever has the more pros by you is the system you should buy 

 

Gaaaahhh! Me...wants...now!! I think every vein in my head just burst from the anticipation. This is going to blow away even the good PS2 Armada game. To show that they're not total sadists, the developers could at least put up a demo to dull the pain from the wait.
