I am watching this episode as I am writing this, and i have this burning question, we all know that Megatron, Soundwave and Shockwave existed, but my question is were there any Autobots from those we know that were already existing except for Optimus? Thanks
Kup, most probably. Technically Elita One didn't exist until after the events of the episode, as she was rebuilt from Ariel much like Orion Pax was rebuilt into Optimus Prime.
Its slightly disturbing that Elita-1 is Prime's "girlfriend" when you consider that Alpha Trion rebuilt "her" using left over parts from Orion Pax.
Well, first of all, I don't remember them saying that Alpha Trion actually used Orion's parts to create her. What I find disturbing is that both Optimus and Elita view Alpha Trion as a father figure. It would be like dating your sister.
You are right. I just checked the episode. He said using his schematics, not parts. But to be even stranger, Elita-1 looks more like using Orion Pax's schematics instead of Optimus Prime's.
While there's many fan theories on Dion, the official stance is that he's dead: Dion - Transformers Wiki
It's a war. People die in war. To the OP: There's no EMPIRICAL, OBVIOUS answer to your question. Nothing you can point to as objective fact, that is. But there's plenty of fan theories as to whom would/should be around. Make up who you think would fit for your own fanon, that's the best thing you can do really.
But Megatron wanted to use the chromosphere to return to the past to steal energy wouldnt that mess history? As Megatron of the futur would of seen Megatron of the past. Thats creepy
Traveling back into the past? I'd place my bets on Soundwave (he's able to create frames for Energon cubes), and Starscream (no way I'd leave him in a position to destroy the machine and strand me in the past). Shockwave would probably stay behind, as he designed the Kronosphere. He would probably be the one with the best knowledge of how it operated.
Always thought of that as being a reference to Christianity, making eve from adam, if you believe all that!
How many times do people gotta say this for you? IT IS A CARTOON FULL OF PLOT HOLES WITH NO CONTINUITY. Would time travel mess up history? Hell yeah, if that's your purpose. That is to say...it would if the writers wrote the PLOT HOLES OUT in the first place. BTW: It's Chronosphere. From Chronos. Greek god of Time.
This. You're WAY overthinking a cartoon series...for children...made in the 80's. I mean, you don't over-analyze the G1 My Little Pony this much, do you? I'm kinda getting the feeling you're just making these threads to increase your post count.
