Wanted: someone going to the Comicon convention 2008

    My wife is a big My Little Pony collector and the Comicon convention is having an exclusive MLP this year at the Hasbro booth.

    I am looking for a member who is going to the convention and would be willing to pick me up 2x of the ponies at the Hasbro booth (since you are going to be there picking up teh TF exclusives anyways :)  ) I will of course pay in advance so you are not out anything, plus cover a little extra for your time, and return shipping to my house.

    Anything I can do to make the wife happy makes it that much easier to slip in big collection purchases of my own.

    I've read that picking up extra exclusives at ComiCon is a nightmare. Might not be a bad idea to go ahead and hit eBay up for presales from the bigger dealers. Just a suggestion.

    Yeah, it's tough. I was there last year, and the line for just ONE toy was sometimes an hour and a half.
