    I have seen several sell on ebay for under $30 lately. In fact I got both of mine in trade 1 for a Voyager Shockwave from DOTM and another from RTS Voyager Lugnut.

    I even picked up 1 locally for a friend for $10. Be patient one will fall into your lap at the price you want. When Warpath first dropped I was offered like 50 of them in trade.

    There are a few listings on eBay that are a few dollars out of your $30 max.
