I just wanted to post this I went to Walmart a few minutes ago and
they had a Price Drop on all the Deluxes, including Animated,Movie, and
Movie FAB's to $7.77,now the Animateds were regular $9.96,but the
Movies Del. went to $10.96 a month or so ago.So you might wanna check
your Walmart to see if yours is the same price as mine here in Marshall
    Texas.Hope this helps all.

If gas was not so expensive I'd drive to Marshall to get me some $7 deluxes.

Do your research before you post.

This is happening in Wal-Marts here too. And my particular Wal-Mart is selling ALL deluxes for that price point (movie, Universe, Animated, etc.)

Ain't happening here. I just bought the three new WM exclusives, in Texas and on the same day as the OP, and paid $9.96. Either the sale itself or its implementation isn't chain-wide.

Add Dayton Ohio (Sugarcreek, actually) to the list. Bought a Fracture today, and was a bit shocked when it rung up at 7.77 .

Not much of a savings, but quite substantial the more you buy. Buy 5 deluxes and you saved over $10. It's like getting a free deluxe! :)

There's a lot to choose from, the top 3 to me look to be:

    1: Big Daddy
    2: Grindcore
    3: Fracture

Wouldn't you know it I have all the Deluxe figures released at retail so far and a lot of people find them on sale. I was lucky to get the wave 1 Universe Deluxe on sale a few months ago for under $8.

Edit: It was $7.68 on July 27th.

The thing about Wal-Mart that NO ONE EVER SEEMS TO REMEMBER is the fact that Unlike Target, Wal-Mart store markdowns are on a store-by-store discretion.

One store might have an item on sale while another store across town has the same item for full price. It's entirely up to the manager as to what departments need markdowns.

Hence, it's next to worthless to say "WAL MART IS MARKING STUFF DOWN!" because it likely only applies to the submitter's store. The best you can do is check out your local store and see if they did it...odds are, they haven't.
