Is there a release date for any of these yet?
They are hoping before Christmas.
Nothing really official, but POTP deluxes and legends showed up in November last year.
IDToys preorder say November
usually new stuff appear december the earliest, so some store may have stocks at that month, but it's safe to say they will all be ready in Jan2019
Last year's Wave one PotP stuff was dispatched by IDToys exactly one month after the pre-order went up. Maybe it won't be the same this year, but if it is we (or at least anyone that buys from IDToys) may see them as early as 9th November.
That was a reference to a running "joke" from the TFWiki, which itself was a reference to a highly unfunny inside joke between David Willis and a few other collector elites. It gets permeated and doesn't get any funnier, yet people still keep throwing it around. You'll notice a TON of "prick" mentions when Prowl is brought up as well. Same. Exact. Scenario.
Life was much better when Willis' "comedy" was confined to Shortdicked and didn't permeate the fucking boards 24/7.
Well, I think the Skywarp jokes are funny. The thought of someone being pushed down some stairs always brings a smile to my face. I don't think the "Prowl is a prick" thing is funny though.
EDIT: I just realized that saying someone being pushed down the stairs is funny would make me seem sadistic. I mean the robots, not actual people.
Well, the running joke about Prowl flipping tables is kind of funny, even that joke was put to use in the comics, I think that happened during the Titans Return arc, I enjoyed reading the comics.
Still, it's sad to hear that it's ending soon.
Yeah, I didn't find it funny. In fact, there's only one bit of comedy on TFWiki that stands out to me that I found funny. There's a profile page for a dog named Pis who dies in an episode of one of the JP G1 shows. The caption of the screen shot of the dog's gravestone was "Pis out." THAT shit was funny.
