Are these out yet ? If so when did they hit and if not any idea when they're due ?

I want to try and get a set of the recoloured race team and I'm putting off buying the dlx toys from elsewhere till they're out.

I haven't seen them myself but I'm pretty sure they've been spotted.

They have been out at least 3 weeks. I almost bought Thundercracker. He looks so awesome in that package.

They've been out for several weeks now, but not all Walmarts will necessarily get them.

ONe store has them stashed in with leftover Batman roleplay crap, while another has a display section in the main aisle for them. It just depends on your store

Saw them a week or 2 ago at only one of the 3 WalMarts I frequent. They looked okay but I have no need for more minicons or duplicates of figures I already own.

And no, none are good for kitbashing.

The two Wal-Marts near me have them. In fact one got a HUGE shipment of them in, might have been a pallet that they placed on the shelves and overstock area since there were several in stock.

Wal-Mart that I work at has them and I snagged the last Deluxe I needed (Landmine) from them.

They're at least in south Central Jersey. Tons of them in the Princeton area.

I haven't seen them in my local Wal-Mart. It got a ton of the BOGO deluxes and Scouts instead, which is such a sweeter deal (and has more variety, thanks to Sideways and Snarl). I wanted these Mini-Cons before, but with such a better deal available, I've lost interest.

But I do have a question, for reference at least. What's the best combination of figures that will not only net me a full set of the Mini-Cons, but also keep away from the worst of the deluxes? I already have a Red Alert, which I'm sure doesn't help.

Finally found a set off EBay thanks to Maximal 78s Domain

Checks Phil's Minicon Recolour Page as he can't remember who comes with who....

It's Hot Shot or Override with Mirage - obviously Hot Shot is the one you want here.

You've already got Red Alert, so you need to Landmine for Dirt Boss(minicon)..... But Landmine's a great toy so you won't mind that.

Downshift comes with Thundercracker or DirtBoss(dlx). take your pick really !

Oh, that was fast. Thanks a lot man. :)

Hot Shot, Landmine, and... one of two sub-par Decepticons. Joy. Maybe I'd pick Thundercracker then - however loose he'd be, at least he doesn't have weird looking junk hanging behind his head. I dunno, it's a lose-lose situation. :p
