Walmart employees and managers don't give shit!...Target is a little harder to do that...but walmart you can do that all day...has anybody @ walmart ever smiling? Including mgrs? Nobody wants to work there...return employees don't care!
I don't know whenever I checkout at my wal-mart they actually smile and greet you, I bet it's not this way everywhere however.
I don't get how this goes through, but I get hell when I tried to return a RotF Sideways despite it being open. I didn't even swap it for anything! It was a Sideways... in Sideways packaging.
You should have told them to try playing with it, and then they'd understand why you'd want to return it.
