    Re-packaging bastards.

I've cought it happening a few times, and I've kicked it back to the appropriate departments.

Aaaand they wind up back on the shelves. Stupid. I tried to tell them.

But I have to say that this type of... mistake... can happen at any retail with a return desk.

Isn't Inferno more expensive than the BiS set?

    Ebay:
its bad enough this happens and there are assholes out there that do this. karma is a bitch though.

what is worse is that even if you tell a worker it ends up on the shelf. i mean yeah maybe it is not there job to care, but as a business it is as that is obviously not the correct product and a parent may not know or someone else.

i once went to a target and saw a tftm leader prime in a rotf prime box and told the girl and said oh wow thanks and placed it right back on the shelf in front of me. i called her an idiot and left.

but then i did see not to long ago at a kohls someone stole all the minicons out of the PCC 2 packs which pissed me off as I finally found some new CONS with no minicons. I told someone and they were really pissed off. The had to get a cart to put them all in because they were now open and missing a piece.

If I didn't still have my Energon Inferno, I'd totally pick that up just for the Rodimus and Inferno.

I'd be desperate enough to buy it. Mostly because I haven't seen a single set around here at all.

If he is complete, he usually sells on eBay for $10.

I saw this actual set on my way to work today. This swapped wonder is at the Walmart in Exton, PA. I ended up PM'ing the original poster to ask if he was from around there, but I didn't see his first line about how he found the pic on another board.

It certainly was a shocker finding the pic on the boards considering I just saw it today. I also debated buying it...another board member I am friends with skipped Inferno back in the day, and I'd take another Rodimus. Maybe if I go back out...

That same Walmart has a G.I.Joe Mech Suit missing the figure, an empty box belonging to a G.I.Joe bravo class vehicle, and two Human Alliance figures with no plastic cover and missing the human figures. It's the crappiest Walmart ever.
