(Grindcore, Jolt, Big Daddy, ugly jet guy thing)

I saw one case, one time, at one store.

How about everyone else?

 

They had quite a few cases at my Wal*Mart, they even had an endcap dedicated to them but they sold out rather quickly and never restocked again. I snagged Big Daddy (I hate that name) and Grindcore after passing on them once or twice.

 

one of two walmarts in my area was stocked full of them....probably had a 6-10 cases of them with a aisle end full of them.

since im a completist of the movie deluxes, i had to snag all four  

 

I saw the full set-up at one store, then scraps at another store. There were 8 Wal*Marts I visited in the area around then, so a quarter of them seemed to get the exclusives in.

 

I saw Grindcore once. Big Daddy twice. I can still occasionally find Jolts and Divebombs.

Big Daddy is jawsome. Best off-screen movie fig, IMO.

 

At the beginning of the year two of my local Walmarts had plenty of them on endcaps, the other two I only saw maybe one or two Jolts and Divebombs.

They're all decent, but the best mold is Grindcore.

 

I'm a huge fan of Cybertron toys. Jolt and Grindcore were no brainers for me.

 

The Landmine mold is nice, but the Grindcore colours really were a bit much for me. I ended up buying a Big Daddy of eBay due to the fact I couldn't see any in the stores when I was over in Canada.

 

I can't justify having them again.. since they are just repaints.. and repaints from
GalaxyForce /aka Cybertron series 's Wheeljack(big daddy), Landmine(Grindcore), Crosswire(Jolt), and Thundercracker(Divebomb).

I recalled..most people don't like Thundercracker ; while Landmine was one of the 3in1 toyrus holiday gift set.. while Crosswise has been repainted to Smokescreen once; now Jolt and botcon exclusive as well, while Wheeljack (or another name) wasn't even a show character .. (was it?)

I only saw Jolt and divebomb.

Passed on Divebomb and got Jolt cause he's a Crosswise repaint.

 

Big Daddy is a homage to the micromaster. The resemblence to the Cybertron mold is uncanny.

Walmart had the worse packing job though. Each box had 3 divebombs (ugly jet), 3 Jolt (bi-atch to transform), 2 Big Daddy, 1 Grindcore. A couple of Walmarts near me had 4-6 cases. The ones on the endcaps didn't sell out as quick but all the Grindcores were gone in two weeks. Some Walmarts took longer to get them out then others.

 

I still to this day have never seen Grindcore on a peg. Found Jolt and Divebomb no prob...got lucky and snagged the last Big Daddy buried last in line on a peg.

Grindcore I ended up FINALLY finding online at WM...of course he comes shipped all smashed as usual   , but at least I got the set now.

 

I don't get to browse wal-mart very often, but the one time I was looking for them, I found all 4 of them with no problem. Only bought Big Daddy and Jolt, though.

 

I want the Big Daddy, he looks awesome and I love his shoulder cannons.

 

the 6 walmarts in my area had lots of the exclusive but too bad Bid Daddy was the only one I was really interested in.

 

My local Wal-Mart had tons and tons of Jolt and Divebomb, but like others I only saw maybe 2 of Big Daddy and Grindcore. Wonder how hard it'll be to find these upcoming exclusives?

 

I would have gotten all but Divebomb but i already have all 4 molds. Nice figures though, almost picked up Jolt.
