I got this one for free.... dunno what it is??
but the articulation of the legs are like power-master prime (it sux big-time!)

I removed and cleaned all ... awful looking stickers..

    ADDED:
-my first try at weathered paintjob (I think I overdone it a little, but this isn't very easy)
-cut the right leg apart (destroyed it, point of no return... added ROTF StarScream leg pull-out system)
-added and trimmed down the armada prime upgrade head
-Autobot symbol re-used by heating the plastic Powermaster spare and carefully pull it of

    TODO:
-complete the legs (hopefully it works, but will leave a minor gap I'm afraid)

    MAYBE:
    -use armada jetfire for Astrotrain???
    (if it's partsforming Level2or3 will be enough... If I intergrate... Level6 :( )

I'm getting a major Astrotrain vibe from him. But the alt mode need some serious work.

Obviously this thing has some... engineering limitations. But all of that aside, he actually looks pretty cool!

Turn the backs of his legs into skirt armour, and ball joint the fronts of the legs to a new set of hips. Give him knees too. That would pretty much push him from "promising" to "pretty good".

Anything more after that is gravy. :)

This almost looks like a Brave series trainbot (not sure though). Definitely looks cool and has potential. If you find out what line it's from, let us know.

I think he looks pretty good too - and there's some surprising arm articularion, by the look of it (especially considering his legs). Maybe he could be turned into a Hearts of Steel Prowl or something like that?

That actually looks pretty damn cool. He's already got the colors, I'd try a Rumble/Frenzy custom with this guy. Keep all the colors the same, but paint the reciprocating link on the wheels with a transparent yellow to look gold, then slap some Dececpticon stickers on him. If you really wanna get ambitious, make his attachments look like piledrivers! :thumbs2:

thnx... I don't think I know a way of kepping that perfect looking trainmode if I adjust the legs :(

but I know something that would be super cool... a coal cart + personal carriers that transforms into extra limbs... and those would be easier to articulate... so a train combiner?

for the wheel and such... I don't even know how train wheels should look like :(
are there any train people here who can point me to near similar real life train models?
