Its out and you should be able to find it in stores now. Blurr is going to be out later.

My Walmart just got him in this week . I only just picked one up at a Target two weeks ago. He'll be around for at least a couple months. And prolly packaged in a later wave again.

He's going to stay on the pegs for a while. The supply isn't going to be exhausted after one month.

Around here Drift and Thrust were hard finds with WFC Optimus and Bee clogging the shelves. Now it's the other way around it seems. At least around here.

For me, Drift and the rest of the wave 1 Generations and HFTD deluxes are easy to find here in San Diego, CA. It's HA Jazz that's being elusive right now. But I'm positive I'll see him on the shelves in the next week or so.

ok i live in kansas City, so since I live about as far from either coast as possible may have to take a bit for it to get here "central"

The market has definitely been saturated. I feel kinda silly running around trying to find it like I did when it was first spotted.

The toy itself is great, but if you don't care for Drift as a character then you're better off waiting for Blurr.

isn't this how the panic of 1920 and the Stock Market Crash of '29 started? some collectors couldn't find Drift at retail just as he was hitting saturation and freaked out?

seriously, most, if not all the people who got a drift (posting on the Recent Purchase thread) got theirs via pre-orders or stores stocking pegs a bit earlier than the sugggested release date.

so now that it's mid-august and about the time all stores should be getting him, it is way too early to panic.

you want to wait till mid November, Black Friday to start panicking and heck, by then you should have seen 3 or 4.

relax, you're gonna be all right.
