i am 94% done downloading this beast saw scorponok playin it and was like "ZOMG" hope its fun im all jazzed up for the movie *edit* k i just played the demo it aint too bad i dont think the controls are a little bit funky. takes a second to get used to it [well...i dont think im used to them yet myself ] seems kinda hard to make things smooth or to make him look cool while you shoot guys down while just hovering there. hovering is just him kinda standing there in the air. gotta get used to the pressure sensitivity on the hover button too. push it about halfway and he hovers in place, push it all the way and he shoots up into the sky kinda weird but ill defniately be checkin this game out. it was pretty fun. i'll give it another play, maybe ill learn how to do some cooler stuff
It was kinda fun, but I don't think i'll pay more than 30 for it. Probably won't stay full price for long, especially coming out with GTA. I also just can't get used to Downey Jrs voice.
I tried it, it was alright, I didn't really grasp some of the controls though. First time I tried flying I just did loop-de-loops because I was holding the left-stick forward. In the heat of battle I didn't see if there was a health bar thing, and the whole transferring power seemed useless to me. I powered down 3 times over the course of the level, I think I must have been doing it wrong.
I played it, the flying was annoying until I inverted the controls, the battles I think are wayyy too hectic and the HUD is confusing, I barely noticed wwhen my health was going down, and I don't think I noticed iron man powering down :/
Played it. That game was super repetitive. Seriously, it was literally the very same thing over and over, with the very same animation over and over. Maybe since the full version will have different enemies, there will be something else to do.
Yeah, it was a little dissapointing. Superman Returns actually had a better demo. No big deal. I'll probably be playing GTA 4 when this comes out anyway.
I'll pass. Way to repetitive and besides it would cut into my GTA 4 time... and Ratty ain't having that.
I enjoyed this, but I think I'll rent/buy on the PS3. The shoulder buttons on the 360 are just too far apart from the shoulder bumpers for the boost/hover acrobatics that you do in this game. I found myself struggling to find and press the bumper to boost forward. The game itself looks like fun. Not perfect, but not horrible either.
why must movie tie in always suck? surely this anomaly hasn't escaped every game producers attention!
