with the addition of Voyagers, they should have made Optimus one instead of the Deluxe we are getting.

Something that gives the design team some more options to make awesome is always a good thing.

I'm quite excited that Generations will now have a Voyager class. I hope we get FOC Grimlock, FOC Megatron, a new Classics Galvatron, a triple-changing Blitzwing, and a Blaster remold of FOC Soundwave.

yeah I dig inclusion of voyagers, but I'd also like to see a return of ultras and leaders as well. deluxes are cool but I feel like we were a bit bombarded with them in generations 1.0. I'd like to see a return to what universe 2.0 did: a good mix of everything, with the inclusion of some leaders.

shit just make generations the new catch all. it's been around for 2 years now and will still be going strong into 2013 apparently. a good mix of various sized new molds with some good repaints of old stuff and I'm a happy camper.

And they started it off with the most random choice ever.

At least Voyagers seem unaffected by the downsizing the Deluxes are facing, if you look at the new Soundwave. That's what I'm excited about

also annoying to me is that Shockwave, who's already in the first wave, is a deluxe instead of a voyager. GRAH! As much as I love ROTF Bludgeon, it irritates me that he's larger than Thunderwing, Straxus, and Shockwave. I'm not one of the people that cares about "scale" (as in, I don't care if alt mode sizes make sense next to each other), but I generally believe that powerful characters should have larger robot modes, and Generations 1.0 let me down on that

(and yet incidentally, I don't care that Skullgrin and Black Shadow are deluxes)

I would totally rebuy Thunderwing and Straxus if they were redone in Voyager size, even if it was the merely Deluxe molds upsized.

Figures with weapons built in to their arms like Battle Blade Bumblebee or HFTD Terradive.

The floppiness of Straxus legs in Voyager size would be ungodly.

Well, honestly I really, really don't care about scale (even less than most it would seem), plus deluxe is my favorite size class ever, so I adore my Straxus and Thunderwing anyway. But yes, I can understand people wanting bigger versions of them.

Not to mention 2006 Classics, and the universe/25th lines having their own Voyagers.

Anyway, with the Botcon info-rumors, If there's no FOC Voyager Grimlock, I'll be sorely disappointed (and then probably buy whatever Grimlock toy they do come out with :)  )

The only Classics Voyager updates I really want are Galvatron and Rodimus Prime (realistic or not). Although if Grimlock happens as a Voyager, he needs to be accompanied by Sludge in the same size, which would go a long way to offsetting Bruticus.
