is it just me or did this guy come and go really quick?
I think he was only in one wave?
I saw him in stores today.
Whenever there's a stock of Voyagers, I've always seen him to be among them. Quite common actually.
I admit I haven't seen him since the first couple months after the initial toys were released; then again I hadn't seen the grey Ironhide until one straggler at Walmart last week and I haven't seen Demolishor around here in a while.
I seen him in buttloads all summer and into the fall. Thank goodness I haven't seen him lately. The first mold was alot better in my opinion.
At first I saw him by the mounds. Then he seemed to disappear. Now I see him regularly again. Odd. Him and the Voyager Prime repaint.
That flying brick ? Hell no.
Anyway, I didn't intend to be a scalper, but eventually I managed to get 7 ROTF Starscreams, of course...just to have ' em myself.
I see him around here quite often. Not nearly as much as Demolisher, but still pretty common.
But now that you mention it, I haven't seen the regular Universe Powerglide in forever. I see plenty of Onslaughts and Stormclouds, a fair amount of Silverbolts, and when I go to TRU or Walmart, a decent amount of exclusives (but never Countdown for some reason...), but Powerglide has been absent for months.
Last time I saw a Uni Powerglide was during TRU's half off sale a couple of months ago. I'm thinking that pretty much cleared them out considering he was on $12.
And as for Starscream, he shows up from time to time. I got another one a few months back, gave it as a gift to my roomie's little brother for xmas. But I tend to see him from time to time.
My theory is Starscreams get shortpacked because there's so much repaint potential.
I didn't see much of Animated Starscream either(compared to the other characters).
The ROTF Voyager mold is terrific. Seek it out.
that may be very very true.
Wherever there is a stack of Voyagers, most of then are Starscream and Demolisher.
