Hello All!

Since the Deluxe Sentinel Prime is not really in the right size that he appears on the show, wouldn't a Voyager class toy be a bit more appropriate? This could be yet another way for Hasbro to kinda keep the character in scale to the other renditions of other toys that are out. My main argument is that since most of the other toys have multiple version/sizes available, Sentinel Prime should have one more go-around the block with a bigger size with a better gimmick. Any takers?

I'm against a Voyager Sentenel Prime personaly, the deluxe toy is enough. Besides, I'm pretty sure if you put any Animated Deluxe Optimus next to Sentenel, Optimus is the shorter one. Of course, I don't own Sentenel, so I can't comfirm that.

 

I with you. I won't purchase deluxe sentinel because imo it is a horrible rendition! He better at least get a voyager mold. On the show his design is great and his shield and sword would be a great accessories if done properly. He better have his face mask as well!

 

Same boat I havent picked him up yet because of his size. I will eventually but maybe a Voyager will come out befor then.

 

I don't care if he's not big enough for Voyager Optimus, he's just fine to display with other Elite Guard members AND other Prime toys.

Plus, not to mention he's so bulky he'd just end up being 3 or less cm taller.

 

Can't say I'd be averse to a larger toy, but seriously, the odds of Hasbro scaling up a minor TF character created less than a year ago are about as good as the odds of a baseball team winning the Super Bowl.

 

Right now he's warming hard at the walmart I live.

The Deluxe is pretty good with everyone else besides Prime, he's taller than Jazz at least so with regular Elite Guard he feels more to scale. But maybe in the later run they'll try Sentinel Prime again like Bumblebee or maybe make his C-Mode the Voyager. I dunno.

 

I think deluxe Sentinel is great. A voyager wouldn't even be the right size because he's bulky, so he may be a little taller but would still be out of scale.

 

A Voyager version I would've bought, this version no.

 

Oh now that's a good one, specially considering he'll probably show up as his Cybertronian from now on.

 

i highly doubt we'll get a voyager sentinel..so if u want to have sentinel in ur collection, u might as well get the deluxe.. it looks fine with the rest of the elite guard

His toy finally showed up here and I excitedly bought it based on all the positive reviews and was totally disappointed. I definitely hope they get around to a voyager. Animated seems like it'll be around a good while longer so there's no reason not to go for it eventually.

but its true-Lugnut is MUCH more out of scale than Sentinel Prime (who's toy is actually pretty nifty)

 

Sentinel's just fine next to one of the two Deluxe Optimus toys.  

Like others said, I'd accept a larger toy if they made one, but it doesn't seem to likely Hasbro will be interested in making a second, larger more expensive toy of the "arrogant jerk nobody likes" character.

 

Size is not important, DLX Sentinel is an excellent toy.

As an Autobot and a cheaper size class I bet voyager Sentinel Prime is more likely though, if I had to bet one against the other
