Another one of the mold, which many have already completed their custom and this is my attempt at it. I had problems with the alt mode pics, will post after I retake them. Hope you like it.

I want to hate "Backpackimus Prime" but this repaint makes the Leader fig look silly. something is off on the proportions. you did an amazing job lad!

I am getting more and more enticed to do a jetfire combo with this size prime every time someone repaints this.

 

wait'll you see the size of Jetfire then. lol, he's wayyyy to big for even leader prime.

Nice work on Prime! Used to think that this figure can't be saved even with a nice paint job but..you've proven me wrong. He has so much depth to it after you customized him.

 

yeah but he tf's nothing like he should for leader prime. he is more like a prime backpack. he should have folded more into prime's entire armor.

Thx Chris, I was totally drained by the time I reached the legs (Was slaving at this for the last 4 days). I will definitely touch up the details.

Did you use a gunship grey basecoat on some areas?

Also love what you did with the chrome , the grill & smokestacks look perfect from what I can see

FYI, the Leader Jetfire figure is not in scale with Leader Prime, that's why it looks crappy when combined. I believe the same goes for the Voyager class Jetfire.

looking at the size, the leader fig might work, but JF would need a major overhaul to not be a "backpack" anymore

 

Yeah, it's neat that the designers did make the toys combine, I'm sure kids'll love it; but does look nothing like it did up on the screen. Which is a shame, because that combined form rocked.

No doubt someone will do a custom add-on upgrade sort of thing for their ROTF Leader Prime, tho. Partsforming add-ons or not, that should be worth seeing when it happens...
