OK, The TFW2005 Staff have chosen their three finalists in the Radicons Customs contest, "In Honor of Vector". It's now time for you folks, the members of TFW2005's boards, to choose who you think should be the winner!

We have set up a polling system in this thread, so read this post, choose carefully, and pick your winner in the poll above. You only get to vote once, so make it count!

Keep in mind that the point of this whole contest besides having some fun, is to honor our fallen brother member, vector, with your custom. So don't just choose your favorite entry, but also the one you feel best exemplifies this theme of our contest.

The winner of this contest gets a Laser Rod Ultra Magnus from sponsor TFsource, as well as a fan-donated Japanese "Classics" Megatron from board member Sidecutter. Viagra Prime - RID Optimus Prime modified and repainted to be both Magnus and Ultra Magnus








TheTransTorture - Magnus Minor, a repainted Classics Cliffjumper with new head, to be UM's companion








Frenzy_Rumble - Movie Leader Prime with parts added and painted to look like a movie-verse Ultra Magnus

 

Viagra gets my vote. F_R would have, but the non-transforming trailer made Viagra slide by. All three are excellent entries though.

Viagra gets my vote as well. It was tough, but all around thats a Magnus I can deal with.

 

VP gets my vote. Not only is it a great Ultra Magnus custom (best I've seen), but it also exemplifies the theme. Great tribute to Vector. I'm sure he (Vector) would be proud of it.

Ya gotta love a Magnus with armor, so VP gets my vote. 

 

VP gets my vote. Definetly a great tribute to Vector, and is a great example of something I think Vector would be proud of.

Frenzy rumble! It has a super mode! VP's is great but that super mode already exists. Movie Op wasnt designed to have one. Great job!!!!

Andy, I refreshed twice and the middle 2 pics of Frenzy_Rumble's entry still won't show up. Just letting you know.

 

Three great customs, no doubt about it.

But I gotta give my vote to Viagra Prime, for both concept and execution. Wow.

All are great but that RID Magnus is UNREAL.

I think vector would have loved it.

 

Viagra Prime. Now that's what a modern Magnus should look like. If Hasbro/Takara built and sold anything remotely like that, it would sell like hotcakes!

 

Very tough decision. I went with RID magnus. I thought Movie magnus was more beautiful the fact that his armor was extra parts, vs a trailer is what put RID magnus slightly in the lead.

They're both two of the best customs I've ever seen.

 

All three are fantastic customs, and it was very hard to pick the "best". Excellent all-around.

 

Congrats to Viagra Prime, TheTransTorture, and Frenzy_Rumble for making the final cut!!
