Since I kinda doubt Dwayne Johnson is voicing Cliff again (not saying he's definitely not, I just got doubts), who do you think will be voicing him in "Back In The Past"?

I agree with Stardust, sounds like the People's Champ. Since its more than likely a flashback episode, it shouldn't cost too much to bring back the Rock for one last time.

It's been so long since I've seen Darkness Rising that I forgot what Cliffjumper sounded like anyway.

It's possible that it might be Nolan North, since he did Cliffjumper's voice in Fall of Cybertron.

It doesn't sound like Nolan's Cliffjumper though.

Unless he changed it for the show for some reason

I did not get a good listen, but I did not think that was the wrong. I honestly hope I am wrong, though.

It sounds like a really wheezy, breathy Wheeljack, who sounds pretty bad, honestly.

    Doesn't sound like the Rock.

Voice doesn't match. I've listened to the promo a few times now and my ears rarely fail to match a voice.

I've also gone ahead and rewatched DR1. Unless Mr. Johnson is doing something to his voice, it's not him.
