    I played the Arcade game and sucked at it. Later I found the PC port for cheap and played that to death. I played the more recent games but all the mecha variations make my head spin.

    Oh yeah so I always wanted to try Virtual On 2. I never saw it in any local arcade (this is back when arcades still existed). I got the Dreamcast version but found it impossible with the normal controller. I actually did find VO2 in some arcade in another city but I was awful at it. Or it was really hard.

    I played Virtual On Marz a year or so ago and they made it into more of an action game with you fighting against waves of enemies or having to protect cargo or through a maze like area with occasional one on one or three on one fights. It was hectic especially since the control system didnt really work that well with that type of game.
