    I don't think this is new info. We've known VF5 for the 360 would have online play since well before the PS3 version came out.

    Sega denied online since the release of the PS3 version.

    Yeah Sega has vehemently denied VF5 would have online play.

    They have gone so far as to say that the VF series would never have online play.
    If this is true, then I just bought Virtua Fighter 5.

    Just goes to show Xbox 360 does have all the superior consol multiplats.

    the story is the same with the new virtua tennis too isn't it? why the hell is this do you think? i guess you get what you pay for with online gaming.

    cool for the people that like online play....but for me, still dont care about it. This is still my planned 1st game for the PS3. Hopefully this news for the 360 will make the PS3 version way cheaper.

    Good to hear. I was gonna buy it anyway. I just hope it doesnt lag too bad. That game is very precise and lag would make it very sloppy.

    games that dont sell tend to become cheaper faster (look at Viva Pinata or Dirge of Cerberus)..maybe finding out that the 360 version has online capabilities will make people buy the 360 version or the PS3 version.

    ...and by October (like i said when i would get the PS3), it'd be more than 6 months out...
