Well, he fit in a bunch of other obscure characters, I guess this isn't too much of a surprise. It's a pity we never got the chance to see it, though I hope the animated franchise can continue in some other form, even its just discussion.
...I don't really see how there couldn't be discussion. It's not like people stop talking about Beast Wars or Beast Machines or Armada, Energon or Cybertron completely. As long as there are fans (and haters) the discussion will go on.
