    Here is my "vintage" Classics Voyager Optimus Prime. Basically painted him up all weathered to make it look like he's been in your parent's attic for over 20 years. This is an old custom I did some time ago. :D

    I even lost the smokestack/gun to give it an even MORE "vintage" feel. :)

    Nice job Solrac. However, calling it "vintage" might not be quite right. I dunno, my wife deals in vintage perfumes and other antiques. So when I see "vintage", Other things come to mind.

    I did my normal routine backwards. I usually add my flat black base coat, then dry brush, silver, and then colors. When I did this, I did the colors and THEN silver last. I forget what I was going for but in the end it looked aged.

    i've said this before but it's amazing what you and the other members do to these transformers to make them 100 times better. the detail and it takes to do them. again excellent job!!

    Much more efficient that waiting until it's actually vintage. :lol
