Do you own a video iPod? Oh. You like games, too, right? You're not one of those... anime people are you? Of course not, you have taste. I know because you clicked this thread. Yeah, see, I knew it, taste... So, you have a video iPod and you like games... then PHASE is for you! For a paltry £3.99 or $6.99 you can have a game that is as big or as small as your music collection. Created by the makers of Guitar Hero, Guitar Hero II, Rock Band and Amplitude, the finest creators of music based gaming -ever- have seen fit to grace their incredibility to the humble iPod ownership. As most music games are, Phase is a rhythm action game very much in the vein of Guitar Hero, or Amplitude, except you use the clickwheel to tap along in time to the music. Middle, left and right are the controls... press them as the notes hit the bottom of the screen to score points. BUT, every now and again you get waves that you have to sweep by using the wheel... TRICKSY! All sounds pretty dull huh? YOU ARE WRONG YOU IDIOT! The genius part of Phase is that -you- supply the levels from your MP3 collection. It comes pre-loaded with 5 songs, but from there your MP3 collection is the limit. Simply add songs to the correct playlist, sync them with your iPod and WHAMMO, more levels to play. It generates unique levels based on the MP3 you add in. Genius! It's a fantastic game, that potentially never ends and is at a fantastic price. The first and only essential game on the iPod and one you'd be fucking mental to miss. BUY IT AND COME BACK AND SHARE YOUR LOVE LATER IN THIS THREAD. Jerk.
