my vehicon's left leg ball joint wont allow the leg to twist outward, causing it to pop out. any suggestions on how to turn it loose? i guess i can take pliers to it, but i don't want to mar the plastic. attached is a pic

    1) You suck to already have this figure :p
    2) The hip rotatation is prolly too tight - check it for mold flash in that area as well as the ball joint cup and ball.

You could use a jewelers screwdriver to pry out that piece, and then check for any plastic that's hindering the movement.

That would work well as would needle nose pliers. I have a pair of jewelers style (very long and very thin) that I use for this sort of stuff.

I had a bunch of that on my Crankstart & it drove me crazy at first, but took like a minute to fix.
