Do you think that some of the Bots like Bee and Cons like Knockout should update their vehicle modes? You know so they cant keep getting noticed all the time. Like Bee could be black and yellow instead of yellow and black. Knockout could probably change colors get a small bodykit upgrade and new wheels package. What do you think??

    That makes no sense.

Knockout noticed Bee because of his alternate mode im simply suggesting should they change their alternate modes aspects a bit?

I'm pretty sure they can detect one another. And I don't think reversing his color scheme would fool even the dumbest Vehicon.

They can detect each other through energon readings, not by vehicle mode.

Perfect example is the scene in T.M.I. where Knock Out and Breakdown are searching for Bulkhead in the rally parking lot. They couldn't locate him through his vehicle mode, Knock Out pinpointed his location with some sort of Energon scanner.

Which, I understand part of that scene was to add tension. You know, "Oooohhh... they're getting close! So suspenseful! Will Bulkhead be found or not?", almost like they were purposefully toying with him. But another part of me found it sort of lame. The 'Cons' purpose in that scene was to locate Bulkhead. Serious stuff here. Why beat around the bush? F**king shoot everything in sight, draw him out. Why are they wasting time looking at the mirrors and license plates of all of those vehicles? I mean, did they seemingly forget what Bulkhead looked like? Chances are they've seen his alt mode before. Why bother looking under every car and truck when you could narrow it down: Look for big green SUV-things. I mean, if I'm looking for my friend in a crowd of people, I narrow it down by identifying features. My blond 20 year old friend probably won't look similar to the old ladies and toddlers in the crowd.

It was quite dark though. Bulkhead's a dark shade of green, easily blends in with the night atmosphere.

Yeah, it was nighttime. But it's in a parking lot that had an abundance of light poles, all shining lights directly on the vehicles. You know, like parking lots usually do. By that logic, I should have to struggle every night that I work in order to find my vehicle in the parking lot. After all, it's dark and stuff! Watch that scene.

The entire parking lot is all of 300 feet x 150 feet. That's basically a classroom-sized space for beings that are 20 feet tall. Lights illuminating the vast majority of vehicles. I counted 37 vehicles in that parking lot (more or less). Thirty-goshdarn-seven. There's yellow and red and blue and purple vehicles. Vehicles that have 10 foot tires. Half of the vehicles in that lot are MONSTER TRUCK RALLY TRUCKS. Definitely not Bulkhead. Right there, that automatically limits those 37 potential Bulkheads down to what, 15? This is the equivalent of two guys walking around a small, suburban backyard looking for their favourite green bicycle amongst 15 other bicycles. :lol  "HUR DUR which one can it be guise?"

Like I said, if they played the scene up as more of a "we know exactly where you are, Bulkhead, but we're going to toy with you like cat and mouse", I'd have been okay with it. But it's not. They spend like, five minutes looking through that parking lot, poking holes in windshields and lifting up cars to look at undercarriages.

And that was just impossible - TFs' eyesight, or, even recognition system is superior.

Might be, that was a "fan service" twist. But I really enjoyed BreakDown's way of searching.
