use the fansprojects explorer and munitioner sets with the explorer munitioner repaint combiner limb figures

add to that energon barricade with the appropriate parts swapped out on him using those parts from classics/rotf onslaught

add to that also energon/sector 7 reverb and gunbarrol for the tank and helicoptor limbs
and you would get this guy

i am thinking a modded combinable energon /sector 7 skyblast repaint would work appropriately for giving battle gaia his chestplate flying wing armor back

I use Hyperoptic's setup. Even though I will eventually mod my PCC Heavythread to use on that setup.

I was just hoping some 3rd Party Company would have stepped to the plate by this point though.

 

Personally, I like the ROTF version's colors better than the Energon version. I'm also one of the very few that doesn't feel that any of the add-ons are necessary. I think he's a great toy as-is!

 

You're not alone, friend! I have the big guy but not the add-ons, and he's one of the centerpieces of my collection.  

 

What is the small shockwave that's being held in gun form in some of these pics?

WST Military Operations Commander. Fits perfectly with this AND comes with a hand for G1 Bruticus.
