Picked up sixshot in sandy Walmart late late last night. Only one I saw.

Orem TRU has about four of the Chaos sets.

 

So the 1st picture has the purple piece placed wrong, 2nd picture is where it's supposed to go. Do any of you know how to get a screw pin removed?

 

Heated soldering iron on the pin for about 30 seconds, pull upwards. If it doesn't move right away heat for another 10 seconds and try again. Just be very careful because one slip will melt the plastic faster than you can pull it away.

 

Can also melt the plastic surrounding the pin. So attempt at your own risk

Finally (!) picked up a Chaos on Velocitron set at Murray TRU this early afternoon. Still two on the shelf.

 

Congrats! I hope it's in good condition! I hate buying toys where you can't see inside the box. When I opened my Chaos on Velocitron set, I was disappointed to discover that Quickswitch's face has some gnarly scratches all over his nose. Figures there'd be a problem with the largest 'bot in the box.

So, a couple of you guys at the February get together mentioned the local "online" toy company, Megalopolis, in Springville. I went in there on Friday and got a tour and bought some stuff. Slightly higher prices than in Walmart/Target but they had all the goods right there. I got a couple of sharkticons for $13 instead of $10. But since I wanted to get several of them and I've only seen one at retail, I jumped at the chance. They also had all the one-box combiners, computron, menasor, etc. Super cool employees.

Anywho, if you're in Utah county, it's worth the trip if you're gonna buy it from an online store, may as well keep those dollars local.

 

do they have "regular " office hours there or is it best to call ahead?

 

They have normal hours of 12-6. I think it's Monday - Saturday. They have a bunch of "life size" action figures/toys and you can take pics standing next to them. They have a huge optimus prime and my 5 year old just about lost it when he saw it! He was hugging prime and wanting pictures, soo cool.

They have old waves of Titans Return deluxes! for $9 and some TR masters for $6. got Shuffler !!
though for TR legends BB and KB they wanted $16 and higher. dont get it.
