How is this possible, the package is 20 miles from my house and now it is in Texas what a croc this is.

I want my Super Street fighter 4 already.

Because they use a central processing facility. Fed Ex sends all Air packages to Tenn. even if it is being shipped from Madison Wi to Milwaukee Wi.

I used to work for them and if its the package size I can think of it just got misplaced. It happens ALOT more than you'd think, but it will be back on track the same day to your area. Its constantly processed 24/7 so mistakes don't take too long.

I had an order from UPS that had the status "train derailed" once. It was up in northern Idaho, I imagined a steam engine falling off of a bridge into a river. :lol

When I'm expecting packages shipped via USPS, I usually see them as arriving in Denver early in the morning hours. Usually like around 4-5 AM.
This used to make me think that I would receive it later that same day. Well, it turns out that it doesn't work that way. Seems they have a system where it takes 24 hours to get from Denver to Colorado Springs, "only two hour drive" and it has to be entered into the local post office system. Then it goes from there "in transit for delivery" to my house.
I've learned to not expect packages same day they arrive in Denver.

I've had packages ship from Harrisburg to go to West Virginia to get processed through Philadelphia to end up in Lancaster (between Harrisburg and Philadelphia). A+ for efficiency!

I am confused because the original package shipped from Delaware.

So Delaware to AZ to Texas to AZ.

Things that ship out of the PHX warehouse come in 1 to 2 days even with free shipping.

I've had this happen before. It's an annoyance, but nothing to get that pissed over really. Especially considering the USPS runs pretty smoothly 90% of the time.

Awhile back I've ordered from Amazon and it was shipped out from Tennessee to all the way down to Orlando.

It is closer to Tennessee where I live than Orlando.

I think post offices worldwide have a tendency to suck.

I once had a package take two weeks to get from Hong Kong to Taiwan. There are hourly flights back and forth by at least three airline companies between Taiwan and Hong Kong. It's not even a two hour flight.

My mum told me once of a person she knew back home in Canada who sent a bill payment in the mail to the offices, which were in the same city. The bill payment arrived almost four weeks later.

i have had packages (UPS shipped) that went from CA to TX, then flow past my home state (AL) to a place in GA, then had to travel by truck back into AL, then take another truck to get a facility in my city, and then lastly, it travels almost halfway between the last 2 towns to my house.

i now have a migraine repeating that.
but, i still got the package in less than 4 days from CA, so i don't flip out about it.

Personally i'll trust the USPS system more than the UPS system.

It could be worse. I ordered a Gameboy Micro last week and it still shows up like this as of today:

I realize I'm in Canada, but it would be nice to know if it's hit customs yet. I doubt it though, as Canada Post still shows me nothing.

That's the problem with USPS, they don't always update their tracking status. Sometimes you can receive it long before you get an update.

only thing i hate about our post office people is that they just leave packages on the porch, and don't knock to let you know something is there, my MOTU classics skeletor sat on the porch for about 30 min to an hour because i didn't know they had delivered

Yesterday they posted that the package was back in the place it started in PHX 85043. I think the package is lost, I wrote to amazon to see what they can do about it.
