So I'm tracking a package coming from Phoenix and it says

-Processed through Sort Facility, July 09, 2009, 8:46 pm, PHOENIX, AZ 85043

-Electronic Shipping Info Received, July 09, 2009

... yeah, what the hell does that mean?

I think that means someone gots yo stuff.

    Joking.

I think that means it's about to be shipped. I think that they will tag your package with all your shipping info on it.

    It was processed in Phoenix.

The "Electronic shipment info received" bit means they printed their own label off the internet. Nothing important.

/\/\What Soundblaster1 said the "Electronic info recieved" means that the seller used the online postage, and the "Processed through Sort Facility" means that it's either about to be shipped from the facility, or it's already on it's way to one of your state's main sorting facilities, then after a day or two it'll finally get to your po then to you. That's basically it.

Does this mean it's at my local post office getting here now or does it mean that it's at my house, cause it's not.

    You kinda answered yourself there.
if it ain't at yer door, then it ain't there.

most shippers online status pages tell you:

package processed- in other words, the retailer has paid them shipping and is waiting for a truck to pick it up.

Scanned in- Mr, Brown scanned it at the pickup spot.

Warehouse Scans- they scan it when it goes into the Distribution Center, and when it gets loaded on the way out. Depending on distance and route, this happens a few times.

In transit- it is on a truck on its route and your house is about to get a package.

Delivered- check your door or mailbox, it's here!
