So he likes to have sex with other male robots? This pretty much sums up why I detest the concept of gender in TFs.

Alot of people ignore that one. But the writers' intent argument never wins out to actual released product. Hell, look at the whole WFC argument...

And speaking of the mess that is Aligned continuity...

    Made me laugh so hard.

Now for my addition to the useless trivia: Yellow Cliffjumper and Red Bumblebee managed to appear in issue 5 of the original Marvel G1 comic series. Gotta love miscoloring.

Also, Henkei Dark Skyfire is based on an actual coloring mistake from the original cartoon. Oddly enough, there is a shot of a black Prowl in The Ultimate doom that looks quite a bit like Streetstar from the G2 Botcon set.

    he did?
I know Frank voiced Stripe (as well as most of the little bastards in the sequel), But I was unaware Peter Cullen voiced any of the Gremlins.

Expansion on my previous Tara Strong, Frank Welker, and Steven Blum Comment

If it requires voice work, Chances are one of the voice actors in the feature has worked on Transformers.

Uh, yeah, because the writers actively changed their intent of their own volition and actually directly linked them. That's an awful example of that disparity.

Same thing with WfC before it even released. Lots of people love to ignore the fact that writers themselves are capable of evolving their stories.

Pretty sure he's trying to make a bad "Bayverse characters have no personality" joke.

Understand, but it validates the whole "square peg/round hole" bad fit argument.

During the recording of this episode, Scott McNeil was attempting to deliver Dinobot's last words, but was continually interrupted by the recording crew's laughter. He is reputed to have said while still in character, "Do you mind?! I'm trying to die here!"

-Snagged from TFWiki's "Code of Hero" episode page. Sorry if it's already been posted.

I wish they recorded that session, they could have put that on a DVD or Blu-Ray.

Absolutely. Also have to look it up, but Diaclone Ironhide makes an appearance in an episode as well. Animation errors are fun, but when there are either figs made of it, or an accidental miscolor that reps an existing fig, it's downright hilarious.

Sure, the similarity is there, but I don't think you say the toy is actually BASED on the error with any certainty - especially since that error is only in the production master used for the Rhino DVD, and wasn't in the original finished version of the episode or the one released on DVD in Japan.

Woah, I'd heard about that, but that's the first time I've ever seen proof!

Here's one: for the Japan release of Animated Deluxe Elite Guard Bumblebee they painted the head a metallic yellow, just so he'd look more like the packaging art- rather than change the packaging art to look more like the toy.

Some off the top of my head...

One of Megatron's evil plans involved murdering a puppy.

Peter Cullen and Frank Welker voiced two opposing giant alien robots in Megas XLR.

Alternators Windcharger was designed to be Overdrive, but Hasbro couldn't get the name trademarked.

Cybertron Smokescreen was actually intended to homage Action Master Rad moreso than G1 Smokescreen.

    Thunderblast has nipples.
