Got my USB ravage yesterday and playing around with it it is pretty easy to extract the usb stick. First remove the head, then push the stick half way out and you can see where a plastic sled is clipped into the peg on the end of the stick. Undoing that the sled which has a spring inside of it can come out on the other side. The usb component is exactly 1" by .5" So now I am on the hunt for a high capacity replacement Edit: I am very happy how easily it comes out and it is not glued in at all. There will probably be a fun aftermarket upgrade kit eventually Of course only the 2GB/4GB (the instructions mention 4GB versions) will come with the funny windows only software.
