Hi, I'm designing a mock interface for one of my classes and I've decided to design a toy store's website. I would like to use Thumbnails of TFs in my homework to demonstrate a few of the options. It is not for profitability unless academic marks are counted as profitability.

Is this considered fair use? Thanks

id say as long as you add a disclaimer saying the images are property of Hasbro and Takara you should be okay but id also recommend you check with your teacher/professor and ask if it is okay to use copyrighted images in your project as to avoid getting points docked for doing so when your not supposed to

    You should be fine.

I teach TV and film classes and when I teach production stuff students are allowed to use copyright material (movie/TV clips, music, graphics, etc) because the things they're producing are for academic purposes with no monetary gain. So just as long as you have a copyright disclaimer, the site won't be accessed by the general public and you're not asking for any money, you're golden as far as I know.

Like everyone has said, if you put a disclaimer, you should be ok.

Like everyone says, just use a disclaimer that Transformers are a trademarked property and you're good to go.

Be a rebel. Don't put a disclaimer. Stick it to the man.

    (Put a disclaimer)

You pay a special fee to me under the table and everything is legal.

    Good luck with the project.
