Looks like he just modified Bumblebee a little, then and added shoulder-mounted launcher and new head; pretty sure that wasn't the point of the contest. Of the entries shown in their gallery, the Chauffeurbot definitely should have won. I can't figure out the transformation, but that one's an excellent unique design.

I think the best one won... but that's not saying much given the other entries. The Secret Service bot was pretty good.

The whole contest doesn't hold a candle to the TFW contest...

Definitely disappointed that they went with Fast and the Furious bot.

What makes this really disgusting is the fact that a little kid should have won, not an unemployed professional designer. That's what these contests are FOR.

    That's.... it?

I'm underwhelmed. As others have said, it looks like a reformatted Bumblebee. Kinda sucks that a professional designer won too.

Whats really sad is thats the best that the "professional designer" could come up with. A professional designer with obviously very little imagination or talent.

The Bumblebee design won by default because the rest of the entries pretty much stunk. Concept wise some were cute or cool or funny, but design wise they were all kind of ass-tastic.

An unemployed professional designer who couldn't even make an original design for that matter. But then again, maybe that's why he's unemployed.

So he took Universe Prowl/Silversteak/Smokescreen and turned him into move Bumblebee.

OK, well, I call him on originality. It's not. But it does look cool. And like Nevermore said, it's definitely the most polished entry. I guess it's something only us fans can bitch about.

Entries for the contest on this site would take that 'winning' drawing out to a woodshed and beat the crap out of it.

Cool for the person who won since they didn't have to try very hard apparently, but...that is so undewhelming.

I'm sorry, but there are far better designs out there. Like that Movie Unicron design by jawalabang2 in the design a TF contest forum. Check it out. Seriously.

Yea, I would have liked something a bit more original to have won.
