Bro, this is what you have to do to get your money back....FAST. Paypal reps won't bite, trust me.  

 

Keep an eye on that ebay account and the order you placed. If ebay shuts his account down, you could get your money back even faster potentially.

 

I did call and I was like stumbling like an idiot however, the person I spoke to stated while he understood my concern he said it was better to wait until Jan as it could arrive, as he does also have some recent positive feedback.

I would call again and get connected to a different agent. Let them know you need a refund asap. Mention that this seller has racked up 10 negative feedback comments within the last 30 days for scamming people.

I get that. I'm fairly composed in person and generally even more so in writing but on the phone I'm constantly like, "did I just say that?!" I hate making phone calls. What makes this even funnier is that, up until about a month ago, I worked in a call center

Ya, I usually just open a case online. Even over the phone, they still have to make you contact the seller and try to settle it that way. I like to have electronic records and can send more info like screen caps from ebay and stuff more easily with online cases. If the seller is getting new positive feedback, it may hurt/ delay your case initially, for obvious reasons, and I can’t blame them. Usually a tracking number hurts your case too, unless it was given to you a while back, and it isn’t updating, gets returned to sender, etc. going through PayPal is the best way though. I’ve only had to open cases few times, since the gamble just to save a few bucks is not worth my time. All the cases were finished in 10 days or less. One was finished instantly, due to the overwhelming evidence. Usually they resolve a business day or so after that 7 day response you mentioned you are doing now. If you try to go through ebay, once they broke off PayPal, they won’t let you start a case until it’s after the “estimated delivery window”. Essentially making you use PayPal instead of ebay claims. That’s one of the reasons these scammers inflate the s&h times.

Alright. So I finally broke down and bought the hands using a gift card I got for Christmas. Then I bought the adapters from jream on eBay. I'm on the verge of finally making this happen, and I just found out I don't have a screwdriver that will reach the single center screw in the inside leg. Now I have to wait until late next week until the mini-screwdriver lot I ordered from Amazon too arrive. Ugh.

IDK. He definitely scales better with Giga, but the aesthetics are very different. It's much more noticeable in dino mode, but the Giga dinos have a lot more detailing than Rex. The chromes are different colors as well.
