Yeah, it's all good now, I got through in the end. Site seems temperamental though but I've booked tickets. Think I'm gonna take a trip through to cinema tomorrow just to make sure I've got them, if you know what I mean. I can just about hold of til the 10th before any thoughts if illegal downloads take over. Doubt I'd have made it to the 21st (which is when preview screenings the weekend before release start).

I'd double check which venue you booked for. I've just check out whether it's screening in Norwich and it DEFINATLY said that it's only screening in Islington, Birmingham and Southport

Seems that search is faulty, if you set your cinema as Reading you'll see the lsiting there clear as day...

Well I'm trying to book for Islington and it's not letting me, tried calling them and they say that they are having technical difficullties. Strange because I can book tickets for Fulham Broadway & Dagenham.

It's still an available screening at the cinema I booked. I just hope it is definite as I have a print out for two tickets at £10 each and 60p booking fee per ticket. £21.20 is expensive for the cinema, but I paid that earlier this year for Hot Fuzz (which came with Shaun of the Dead DVD (which I already had), poster, drink and popcorn).

I also have War of the Worlds on DVD, so that will be getting sold

The good thing about these Gala screenings is that it normally only attracts REAL fans.

Is there any way of finding out? Selecting 'Transformers gala screening' just tells me it's only at Birmingham, Islington and Southport.

York would be very very nice! :D
