I'll love play with Arcee, If these are true..

 

Too bad only playable Constructicon is Long Haul, although he is the coolest one among the six.

 

We'll, I'll still hope for unlockables.....

I like Demolisher more I even made a clay thing out of him in art class.

 

Oh man, to think if we could play as Sideswipe. If the TV spot is any indication, he's badass, just imagine him in the game. I've heard of 5 unlockable characters, so hopefully Skids, Mudflap, Sideswipe, Ravage, and Jetfire.   I just can't see being able to play as Arcee, as awesome as it'd be, but the others might not be that implausable.

He's big (Not too massive like Demolisher) strong and I think it might be to honor Josh Nizzi who was brought on to work with the designs of the Transformers in the movie. Longhaul reminds me of the Hulk, just the color and strength he posesses.

 

Isn't Scrapper playable too?

 

I think so. In the Autobots and Decepticons trailer Scrapper is seen pounding on another Autobot.

 

I've been watching a few streams of this (must have leaked) and got a good look at the unlockables lists.
Doesn't look like any Sideswipe, Twins or any unlockable new characters at all, which sucks.
Red Ironhide is in there, as is Starscream's color swap and a few G1 episodes (oh yay...) and some other uninteresting stuff.

Most of the missions force you to play as a certain character the first time through as well, you have to unlock the ability to play as whoever you want on the levels...

Also Charlie Adler's Starscream sounds less like Starscream and more like Hugo Weaving's Movie Megatron in it, which is weird when you have him talking to the Welker voiced Megatron in the game.

Megatron has 2 versions in multiplayer, tank mode and a flight mode, didn't actually see the flight mode in action just the little picture on the multiplayer selection screen and the name MEGATRON (Flight mode).

 

Not surprised since the campaigns follow the movie plot. Atleast you have replayability with others when done.

 

Does Megatron have two alt modes in the game, tank and jet?

 

I don't know about single player mode, but in multiplayer there are 2 Megatrons to choose from. One for the tank and presumably the other (called flight mode) is the jet.
