Gta 4 > Gta 5. 5 had better missions but a lack of character with the side characters. It also had less side characters. Gta 5 blew it character development all on the playable characters. Gta 5 didn't give me a reason to go back after I beat it. I just wasn't into all of the cluttered side stuff. I just want fast cars and action where I feel that 4 done a better job. Gta 3 > All other gta games. 3 was the most innovative so that is why I like it the most. I like brawl more then melee. I play smash bros for fun and not competitive.
Yes, yes, yes, and hell f'n yes. ME3's original endings were very unfulfilling before the patch. Afterwards I was happy with my choice and it was much more fulfilling.
Buying multiple Portals for the Skylander series is stupid. make a portal to cover several releases of figures and not make me buy a whole setup every year. But not throwing my money at Activision for "technology upgrades" makes me a Ludite.
I'm not a fan of most 3d mario games as mario games. I think they are not mario games. You could replace mario with another character and it would be the same game for example banjoe kazooie is the same game but better and is nothing like 2d mario. Only 3d Mario's that feel right is the super mario 3d series because it puts 2d mario in 3d and that what super mario 64 should have been from the start. Games like ocarina of time done the 3d transition right. It took 2d zelda and put it in a 3d environment.
I disagree to a point. Banjo Kazooie was a lot more open ended than 3D Mario games. 64, Sunshine, and Galaxy had you revisit stages 5+ times because the levels were just a little more linear, where you can beat a Banjo Kazooie stage in one go if you really wanted to. Mario as a platformer, 2D or 3D, doesn't have a lot to make it stand out mechanics wise, so in that sense I don't feel that much is lost in the transition. And they get the aesthetic of the games right.
Halo 3 wasn't as good as halo 2 or halo ce Cod mw2 and ghosts is better than black ops and black ops 2 The xbone is an overrated cash grab Halo MCC is a stain on the halo franchise Mario is boring Aliens cm is better than people give it credit for
I have a strong dislike for the Assasins creed series's lore. Just as a concept it seems silly IMO they should have dropped the Sci-fi aspects. I just dont think Mobas live up to the hype. I've tried Dota twice both times the team were toxic and frankly the game is not that interesting. Maybe with a team its great but playing solo meh.
After experiencing both the originals and remakes, I have to say that I think Pokemon Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire are very visually inferior to the original versions. In contrast to X and Y, the remakes seem to have Gamefreak in a mindset that they can't deviate too far from the original layout of the source material, leading to environments which are far more rigid and grid-like than they need to be. In spite of this, the camera angle has changed and become much more parallel to the ground, and as such there are instances where background backdrops are standing out like a sore thumb (Looking at you, Route 103 with the first rival encounter). By the time GameFreak was developing for the Game Boy Advance, their grasp on their 2D tile-based world design was very developed. As only the second pair of games in the new entirely 3D based design philosophy, though, Omega Ruby and Alpha Sapphire feel like a step backwards from X and Y. Instead of embracing the new design tactics, many of the environments are simple 3D versions of the original 2D layouts, and not entirely new designs which take large amounts of inspiration from the source material. As a result, the environments feel like half-done attempts at creating a world, which follows my main gripe with the overworld characters in X and Y: Instead of being fully chibi like previous overworld sprites or proportioned "normally" like the promotional art, they were an awkward in-between that felt more like the design-work of a novice than a group of professionals- it didn't feel cohesive. Then here along comes Sun and Moon, clearing up my aesthetic complaints in both of those departments
i'm not sure about internetz, but i'm going based on mine and my brother's friends i hate sony controllers.......they are crap. the only thing sony has done in the past ten years is the infamous series fable 1 > fable 2 > every other fable game soul calibur 4 was the best of the series pokemon gen 5 was awesome halo: ce is the easiest to beat in the series on legendary. borderlands presequel boss darktrap is easy to beat. waluigi needs to be a true villian.... lego marvel is the best of lego games
Oh boy. Here we go. The Playstation Vita is a fantastic system with a great (but very niche and not very diverse) library of games...and is screwed over by the fact it's a Sony product, and their idiotic decision to make up their own memory cards for it. Need for Speed 2015 has a lot of good ideas, but is hampered by abysmal cut scenes and being always-online. ...and the whole "you can only own ten cars" thing. Ace Attorney is Capcom's best franchise.
Star Fox Zero is worthy of the Star Fox name and the controls aren't as bad as many people make them out to be. The PSP and Vita are both good handhelds. And it's a shame the Vita didn't do so well. Twilight Princess is one of the worst and the most uninspired entries in the Zelda series Marvel vs. Capcom 2 is a broken clusterfuck of a fighting game and is the worst Capcom fighter aside from the first Street Fighter, Street Fighter X Tekken, or Capcom Fighting Evolution. Journey is barely a game. Bethesda should have sold the Fallout franchise to Obsidian Mobile gaming is bad comedy Breath of Fire >>>>> Final Fantasy Guilty Gear > Street Fighter
